Fitness

Our full-service fitness center is located on the fourth floor of the Club. Our highly trained fitness staff is available for personal training for members of all exercise levels, specializing in developing individualized fitness programs. They provide the motivation and guidance you need to achieve your desired goals and results.

If you are looking for an alternative to a solo workout or just want to try something new, our Club additionally offers group personal training, as well as group fitness classes. Classes are available free of charge with membership. Members can sweat it out early in the morning with a boot camp or spin class, tone up with a mid-morning yoga workout, or try muscle conditioning in the evening. Our fitness center offers a push/pull strength training sled, Peloton bikes, and Cybex treadmills, and we strive to keep our equipment and classes up to date with current fitness trends.

In addition to the fitness center, we work with Wellness in Motion Boston to offer treatments including massage, physical therapy, chiropractic therapy, and more.
