Athletics
As Boston's premiere athletic club, we take pride in our athletic programming. We offer: superior squash facilities complete with both regulation singles and doubles courts; a private, twenty-five yard, multi-use saline pool; and a full service fitness center, continuously kept up-to-date with the newest equipment. Each athletics department hosts a qualified staff of pros and top-notch trainers ready to help you achieve a better squash serve, a faster swim, or a new personal record in the gym. We host group fitness classes seven days a week, and offer something for everyone from morning yoga to evening spin.
In addition to regular Aquatics, Squash, and Fitness programming, we also offer Triathlon training. Our coaches are experienced, certified triathletes that lead workouts in swimming, cycling and running, offering a multisport program to fit everyone.
